Use your Gift Voucher to buy cinema tickets
- Online, please select ‘Gift Voucher’ option at check out.
- By phone, please have your voucher code ready to hand.
- In person, please show either Gift Voucher card or Gift Voucher PDF on your phone.
- The cost of your tickets will automatically be deducted from the value of your voucher. Use a Gift Voucher code to make a purchase but don’t use the full amount of the voucher? No prob! We’ll email you a new voucher code for the remaining amount.
Use your Gift Voucher to buy food and drink at the Palace
- If you are using your Gift Voucher for the first time, you will have the amount and voucher code ready to go. If you are using your Gift Voucher on a subsequent visit, you will have received an email from us with a new voucher code for your remaining balance.
- For food and drink sales, we must see your Gift Voucher card or your Gift Voucher PDF on your phone.
- The cost of your food and drink will automatically be deducted from the value of your voucher. Use a Gift Voucher code to make a purchase but don’t use the full amount of the voucher? No prob! We’ll email you a new voucher code for the remaining amount.
3 steps to use your Gift Voucher to redeem your Pal Gift Membership:
- Go to the Pal Membership page and select Marine (Single or Joint), Amber (Single or Joint) or Crimson.
- If you’re new to us, welcome! Please enter your details (name, email, phone, password) to set up a customer account. For Joint memberships, both people will need accounts. If you’re already a Palace customer (welcome back!) and have log in details, log in now.
- On the PAYMENT – ORDER DETAILS page, enter the Gift Voucher code where asked and then CONFIRM at the bottom of the page (The code looks like this: V – 123 – ABC –ABC.)
