Discounted / Free tickets 

CEA card holders – Free entry for one accompanying carer. The CEA scheme is run by UK Cinema Association in partnership with national disability charities. The person requiring assistance must be 8+ years old and receive Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payment or Armed Forces Independence Payment, or hold Severely Sight Impaired Registration or Sight Impaired Registration. A CEA card costs £6 and is valid for one year; apply here.

No ticket charge for people aged 12 months and under. 

Our Exchange & Refund policy:

We are the only cinema in Thanet that offers any exchanges!

During our part-time box office hours (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 4-9pm) we are happy to process exchange requests with a minimum of 24hrs notice before the film date/time you want to exchange. 

Please do not contact the Palace when we are closed (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) with an exchange request 24hrs before the film date/time you want to exchange; we will not be able to process your request. 

We do not offer refunds unless in the unlikely event of a cancelled screening where all tickets including booking fees are refunded by the same method with which you made the original purchase (card, cash or Palace Gift Voucher).
