You can book tickets online, by phone or in person paying by card or cash.

Select the film you wish to see: reserve seats in our balcony or stalls. and book tickets.
Phone
Call us during opening hours (usually 30mins before the first show of that day until approximately 9pm) on 01843 865 726, and pay by card to book tickets. Please note at busy times, just before the start or end of a film, we may not be able to answer our phone – so please leave a message and we’ll happily call you back!
In Person
Come and see us in the box-office during opening hours and we can book tickets for you taking cash or card payment.

We welcome CEA cards (one carer free when accompanying a card holder)
* Please note: Special Events, including the Palace Sunday Silent, may have different pricing.
Refund & exchange policy
With a minumum of 24 hours notice, we’re happy to exchange your tickets for a future screening of your choice subject to any price differential. We do not offer refunds unless in the unlikely event of a cancelled screening where all tickets including booking fees are refunded by the same method with which you made the original purchase (card, cash or Palace Gift Token).
